Blockchain Solution Description

By implementing distributed ledger technology Lelieur BV wants to facilitate the near real-time exchange of information including a publically available information section and a limited access section for protected information such as port inspection, enabling government agencies to have oversight of fisheries operations and efficiently deploy marine patrols and Port State Measures. In doing so countries can prove that they have the capabilities to track fishing vessels, the catch certification scheme and enter the European market.
